The CIR Assessment is a paid diagnostic tool ($149) designed to evaluate institutional cognitive readiness and governance architecture. The resulting report is for informational and strategic purposes.
The analysis provided by the CIR Assessment and related materials (including the Bainbridge Warning and AURORA frameworks) is provided “as is.” Oscillatory Fields is not liable for any strategic, financial, or architectural decisions made based on this analysis.
All frameworks (CIR, MCRC, DCFB, AURORA, RSPS) and associated methodologies are the intellectual property of Oscillatory Fields. The assessment output may be used internally by your organization, but the underlying methodology may not be resold or repurposed.
All purchases of the CIR Assessment are final. Once the diagnostic report has been generated and dispatched, refunds are not available due to the digital nature of the asset.
